A scratch NLCFC team again found no cohesion and lost the game to a superior team of obvious ringers. No nets or ref were organised by the home team which contributed to two late winners being somewhat dubious. Nevertheless no team can expect to put a winning run together when the personell and positions are constantly changing. Goals from Mark Burns (chased down a poor backpass and rounded the keeper), Andy Blount (tapped in coolly at the back stick), Craig Gaffney (nice curler from the edge of the box), and Steve Ohagan ( lobbed the keeper after being put through), were not enough to make this anything more than a disappointing result.
